🔒 Your Account's Security Just Got an Upgrade

We're rolling out Unified Identity Service (UIS),  a new and improved way to log in that replaces our old multi-factor authentication. It uses industry-standard technology to better protect your account from increasingly sophisticated online threads - so you can bank with confidence.

Why the change?

UIS gives you stronger, more flexible security. It goes beyond traditional multi-factor authentication for safer, smarter account access.


What do I need to do?

Keep an eye out for an email from our Treasury Management Platform on April 9th, 2025 at 9am Central Time. That email will have a link to start the upgrade.

  • The link is only active for 7 days
  • Once clicked, you’ll have 45 minutes to complete your setup

Stay connected to your account—anytime, anywhere. With the updated Treasury mobile experience, you can securely log in, approve transactions, and manage your finances right from your phone or tablet.

Sign into the app, then install to your mobile phone.  Any previously downloaded apps from the google play or App Store will be sunset.

FAQs

Can I use UIS on mobile?

Will I still use my token for ACH and wire payments?

Yes, no changes there.


You'll still use your token code + 4-digit PIN for secure transactions

Can I keep my current username?

Maybe!


Usernames now need to be unique across all Luminate Bank platforms. If yours isn't, try combining your current username with your Treasury Company ID.

New Username requirements

• 4–64 characters
• Letters, numbers, dashes (-), underscores (_), apostrophes ('), periods (.)
• Cannot include: accents, ampersands (&), equal signs (=), plus signs (+), @, commas, or double periods
• Can’t start or end with a period or space

new password requirements

• 8–64 characters
• Can’t match or contain your username
• Can’t start or end with a space

What if I have multiple treasury logins?

If you use the same email across different Companies:
• You’ll get separate setup emails
• Use the first to create your Digital ID
• For the rest, choose “Already have a Treasury Bank ID?” to link accounts
After setup, you can choose which Company to access when logging in.

Can I use "remember this browser?

Yes!



That feature still works.
Just know: if you log in from a new browser or location, you’ll be asked to verify your identity for security.
